We’ve all had those days where nothing but a little peace and quiet, followed by a mixed drink, could make the last few hours of the day tolerable. But when you’re sitting, watching the sunset at the Ocean Bar in Noumea, New Caledonia, you are drinking to prolong that beautiful moment. To help you relax and settle in to the island life. To remind yourself that you’ve got to enjoy each and every moment. I don’t think the sun sets quite the same anywhere else in the world.
