Watching the Sun Set at Whitby Abbey
There are certain times of day that are decidedly more beautiful than others. To me, the setting of the sun is one of those times. And to witness the setting sun through the ruins of Whitby Abbey is a truly memorable experience. Perched on the hill above, you catch a final glimpse of the setting sun as it peaks through what was once the windows of the Abbey. It is something you must experience for yourself.
