Surfer in a Bottle
Surfers often talk about catching the perfect wave. That one wave that makes it all worthwhile. You paddle along faster and faster until the wave picks you up. You almost become one with the wave as it carries you along towards shore. The world around you seems to stand still. It’s just you, your board and the wave. Of course, that is until the wave breaks and the moment is over. Thankfully, you can go back and try again. That’s not always true when you are surfing in a bottle though.
