While you can enjoy a mimosa any time of day, they are traditionally served at Brunches or weddings. They are simple to make and easy to serve. Just a few ingredients and you are on your way. Remember to grab some friends too, because while you could use this recipe to make yourself a mimosa, they are much more fun to enjoy with friends.
Ingredients:
1 bottle chilled champagne
1 carton of chilled orange juice (now personally, we’d recommend fresh-squeezed orange juice as it will really bring out the flavor of the mimosa)
Fresh strawberries, oranges or other fruit of choice
Directions:
Grab a champagne flute (one or more) and fill each up halfway with champagne. Top off with orange juice. Lightly stir. Cut a slice in the bottom of a strawberry, slice an orange or cut a wedge of your fruit of choice. Place it on the rim of each flute for decoration. Serve.
Enjoy your mimosas!
